TechManta Pvt Ltd, operating as the Paraglide Pro White Label Framework (“we”, “our”, “us”, or “Platform”), is committed to protecting the privacy and security of data across our infrastructure.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and safeguard information when you visit our corporate website (paraglide.pro) or use our B2B (Business-to-Business) software infrastructure.
Crucial Distinction: Our Role in Data Processing
- For our Clients (Organizations/Associations): We act as a Data Controller for the administrative and billing data you provide us to license our software.
- For End-Users (Athletes/Members): We act strictly as a Data Processor. If you are an athlete using a platform powered by Paraglide Pro, your governing association is the Data Controller. We only store and process your data (including health and emergency data) upon their explicit instructions.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Client Data (As a Data Controller)
When an organization licenses our Platform, we collect data necessary for business operations:
- Administrator names, business email addresses, and phone numbers.
- Billing information, tax IDs, and corporate addresses.
- Payment details (processed securely via authorized third-party gateways; we do not store raw card/UPI data).
1.2 End-User Data (As a Data Processor)
Our Clients use our white-label framework to collect data from their members. This data is hosted on our secure servers, but we do not own, sell, or independently utilize this data. It may include:
- Personally Identifiable Information (PII) like names, emails, and phone numbers.
- Sensitive Personal Data (SPD) like blood groups, medical notes, and emergency contacts required for adventure sports safety.
- Licensing, certification, and event registration records.
Note: Clients are contractually obligated to obtain necessary legal consents from End-Users before processing this data through our Platform.
1.3 Technical & Telemetry Data
To ensure platform security, stability, and performance, we automatically collect:
- IP addresses, browser types, and operating systems.
- Authentication logs, API usage metrics, and error reports.
- Cookies and session tokens essential for platform functionality.
2. How We Use the Information
- Service Delivery: To host, operate, and maintain the white-label framework for our Clients.
- Security & Fraud Prevention: To monitor for unauthorized access, DDoS attacks, and system vulnerabilities.
- Business Operations: To process Client subscriptions, send billing notices, and provide technical support.
- Compliance: To meet our legal and regulatory obligations under applicable cloud infrastructure and data privacy laws.
3. Sharing of Information & Sub-Processors
TechManta Pvt Ltd never sells, rents, or monetizes Client or End-User data. Information is only shared securely for operational purposes:
- Cloud Infrastructure Partners: (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) for secure database hosting and server operations.
- Communication APIs: Third-party tools required to deliver system-generated transactional emails or SMS notifications.
- Legal Compliance: With law enforcement or government agencies only if compelled by a legally binding subpoena or court order. We will attempt to notify the relevant Client beforehand unless legally prohibited.
4. Data Security
We deploy enterprise-grade security architectures to protect the data entrusted to us:
- End-to-end encryption for data in transit (TLS/HTTPS).
- Encryption for sensitive databases at rest.
- Strict logical separation (multi-tenancy architecture) preventing unauthorized access between different Clients' data.
- Role-based access controls (RBAC) restricted to essential engineering personnel.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
- Client Data: Retained for the duration of the active SaaS contract and for regulatory financial archiving purposes thereafter.
- End-User Data: Retained on behalf of the Client. Upon termination of a Client’s contract, or upon direct instruction from the Client, we securely purge End-User data within 60 days, excluding encrypted system backups which automatically expire.
6. Cookies & Tracking
The Platform uses strictly necessary cookies to maintain secure admin sessions and load-balancing. We do not use intrusive cross-site tracking or advertising cookies on the core administrative framework.
7. End-User Privacy Rights (Subject Access Requests)
Because Paraglide Pro operates as a Data Processor, End-Users seeking to access, correct, or delete their personal data must contact their respective governing association directly. If TechManta receives a data privacy request from an End-User, we will forward the request to the relevant Client (the Data Controller) for fulfillment.
8. International Data Transfers
Platform data is primarily hosted securely within India. If operational requirements necessitate cross-border data transfer, it will strictly comply with applicable data localization and international data protection laws (e.g., using Standard Contractual Clauses).
9. Updates to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy to reflect technical updates or legal changes. Material changes will be communicated to active Clients via administrative email or dashboard notifications.
